Healthy eating and exercises you can do on vacation

Since many people have a fast-paced lifestyle, the easiest way to incorporate healthy meals into our diet is to plan ahead and buy food for our meals. It is important to adapt meals for the whole family, as the goal is for everyone in the household to eat healthily. The focus is also on snacks that will prevent us from getting too hungry and reaching for the first unhealthy snack or chocolate bar we see. Snacks are easy to prepare and take with us wherever we go.

For pregnant women and new mothers - when is the best time to take a break and when is the ideal time to return to exercise after childbirth

Pregnant women, if they have a healthy pregnancy and permission from their doctor, can train throughout their entire pregnancy with guidance from a trainer based on trimesters and exercise capabilities. The return to exercise after childbirth, with permission from the gynecologist, usually occurs after six weeks for natural birth. After a cesarean section, doctors allow exercise after a period of 4 to 6 months. Workouts for pregnant women and new mothers are not high-intensity. It is very important to establish abdominal muscle activation and restore core function after childbirth.

During summer and vacations, visits to the gym are somewhat less frequent. Can these exercises be done on vacation?

Everything that we do in training, since it is adapted to home conditions without using too much equipment, can be done anywhere you are. Two bottles can always be improvised as weights, etc. So, there are no excuses for not exercising wherever you are. Additionally, running and swimming are always good workouts.
